From September 7 to October 31, 2025, in Brussels, the CHRISTOPHE PERSON Gallery brings together the works of three artists: Michael Tsegaye, Addis Gezehagn, and Mamadou Cissé, whose artistic visions each explore the city beyond its physical space.
For these three artists, the city is not merely a space of buildings, roads, and infrastructure.
It is a layered metaphor, a living archive, a place of projection. In their practices, the city becomes a space where lived experience, cultural memory, imagination, and urban transformation collide.
