1-54 Marrakech returns in February 2026, bringing contemporary African and diasporic art into dialogue with the city once again.

Now in its seventh edition, the fair unfolds across Marrakech through a constellation of exhibitions, performances, and installations. Anchored at La Mamounia and DaDa Marrakech, the programme also extends to venues including MACAAL, El Badi Palace and several leading galleries across the city. Over the public weekend, visitors can encounter painting, sculpture, photography, and digital practices presented by galleries from across the African continent, with a strong presence from Morocco.

The fair offers a focused yet expansive view of current artistic positions, while encouraging audiences to experience Marrakech as part of the journey. A destination event that continues to shape the international conversation around contemporary African art.
